The MBCA/MOsports Basketball poll is selected by a panel of coaches representing each of the 8 districts and each of the five Missouri basketball classes.
Missouri Coaches reach milestone victories
Ken Layman led the Hardin-Cental Lady Bulldogs to a defeat of Northwestern (Mendon) earning his 400th career victory.
St. Francis Borgia head coach Dave Neier, in his 26th season as a head coach earned his 600th career victory in a 46-38 victory over St. Dominic.
Vianney defeated Farmington, giving head coach Kevin Walsh his 200th career victory.
Daniel Johnson recently earned his 100th career victory. Johnson is the head coach of the Hillsboro Hawks.
Gary Filbert Classic returns to Mexico
For the second season the Gary Filbert Classic will return to Mexico High School to be played on Gary Filbert Court. Proceeds to benefit the American Cancer Society and the MBCA.
